"Great trip, TERRIBLE communication"
I had a great trip with the Megastar ship. The traveling was so silent and smooth I didn't even realized when we sailed. The ship is full of good bars and restaurants, everything was super clean and looked brand new. I really enjoyed it. BUT I must say, as good the sailing experience was, as bad was the communication before. I reserved the ticket on line and got a mail asking me to do a check in on line with a link to a page asking me for a reference number and a secret code. This code was nowhere to be found neither on the email nor the ticket, so I didn't know what to do, I couldn't check in and i was afraid it was a problem to check directly in at the terminal (at the end it wasn't at all). Then again I got ANOTHER email the day before my departure asking me AGAIN to do a check in on line and informing me that the departure was from "West Terminal" in Helsinki. When I got there I found out there were TWO terminals, number 1 and number 2. The mail DIDN?T say which terminal was, so I had to walk from the first one to the other to find out, loosing at least 15 minutes, just because they didn't care to mention it. That is definitely the worst email communication experience I ever got from a traveling company in my life.
