The hiking opportunities command the town’s reputation, yet there is more to Rosendal then steep mountains and jagged rock formations. Visit the Baroniet Rosendal to rejoice in the myriad of beautiful flowers decorating the garden, oftentimes there will be a concert taking place if the weather is agreeable. The Baroniet Rosendal is the main attraction in the town, but the church and art gallery are also worth visiting.

Walking is the most common choice of transport due to the idyllic surroundings and small size of the town, though in the summer it is possible to travel by horse and carriage from the harbour to add a little romance to your trip.
