Indonesia reviews

  • "Really pleasant journey"

Everything is nicely set up and organised, from booking to boarding. Since i have already booked online all i needed to do was check in which is actually very swift and convenient. The only problem was the ship back to Singapore was delayed approx 30 mins but i doubt it could be helped. The rest of it was good. Thanks

  • "Good experience with Bintan resort ferries "

The ferry was punctual and the interior was clean - as you'd expect from a Singapore ferry. Overall, it was a good experience and best way to get to Bintan for sure.

  • "Service on Bintan Ferry"

Everything went very smoothly and all in all a decent experience. Did not realise that there was a weight restriction for suitcases. This should be clearly advertised on the ticket printout or on the website, although I don't know why there should be a restriction as with aircraft.
